Nickel Wire

Nickel Wire is a cold-formed, round, normal manufacturing accuracy, in a solid state metal thread, with a diameter of 0.025 mm, supplied on a reel.

PACKAGING: 

Nickel Wire is supplied on spools in transparent containers with net weight of 136 grams.

Spools are packed into containers ensuring the safety of the wire during storage and transportation. Containers are sealed with 4 (four) seals.

1 kg of wire contains 227272 linear meters.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

Purity grade: Nickel + cobalt

Purity grade 2: ⩾ 99.5% - 99.89%

Purity grade 1: ⩾ 99.9% - 99.98%

High-purity grade: > 99.98%.

The chemical composition of 99.85% to 99.99% is similar to grades Ni 99, 6 DIN 17740 (Germany) and Nickel 205, Grade A (USA).

The impurities content of Nickel Wire (Mg, Si, P, S, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Sn, Sb, Pb, Bi) is no more than 0.007%. The purity grade is calculated as a difference between 100% and Sum of Impurities.

Nickel Wire is radiological safe.

Chemical purity of Nickel Wire is certified by the IGAS RESEARCH laboratory, Germany. The chemical purity is measured with Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission spectroscopy.

At the request of customers, we carry out certification of product in an independent laboratory of the Institute of Rare Earth and Strategic Metals ISE AG in Switzerland.
